Kitchen Design & Installation

We start with a consultation to understand your operational needs and space. Our design team then creates a tailored kitchen layout using CAD software, ensuring it meets both efficiency and compliance standards. We’ll work with you through revisions until the design is final.

The timeline can vary depending on the complexity of the project. A straightforward kitchen can take 4–6 weeks from design approval to installation. Larger or more bespoke kitchens may take longer-up to 12–16 weeks.

Yes. We specialise in a range of sectors and can design kitchens to meet specific health, safety, and dietary requirements, including allergen-free zones or high-capacity catering.

Maintenance & Repairs

Our planned preventative maintenance (PPM) packages include regular servicing of all major kitchen equipment, safety checks, compliance reporting, and priority call-outs for breakdowns.

We offer rapid response times-often within 4 hours for urgent issues, depending on your location and service level agreement (SLA).

Yes, all of our engineers are multiskilled and trained to the required industry standards.

Equipment Supply & Lead Times

Yes. We have strong relationships with leading catering equipment manufacturers and can source, supply, and install a wide range of appliances.

Standard items are usually available within 3–5 working days. Custom or high-spec units may take 2–6 weeks depending on the manufacturer and current supply chain conditions.

Absolutely. Our Demo Kitchen is available for hands-on testing and demonstrations. You can book a session via our online enquiry form.

Demo Kitchen & Training

Our Demo Kitchen is open to chefs, catering managers, procurement teams, and foodservice consultants. It’s ideal for trying out new equipment or hosting supplier showcases.

Yes. We offer on-site training as part of our installation service, and hands-on training sessions at our Demo Kitchen for select equipment.

General & Other Questions

While our head office is based in Hampshire with several engineers, we also have an office based in Hertfordshire with additional engineers. We serve clients across the South of England as well as Hertfordshire, Bedfordshire, Buckinghamshire, and Cambridgeshire. Larger national projects can be accommodated upon request.

Yes. We have extensive experience working with schools, local authorities, and healthcare providers, including ongoing work with Hampshire County Council.
